Job Description Job Title: Public Spaces Attendant (Custodian) Reports to: General Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: On-Site Direct Reports: None Department: Property Operations JOB SUMMARY: The Public Spaces Attendant (Custodian) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the hotels public areas, laundry facilities, and exterior grounds. This includes regular cleaning of lobbies and restrooms, assisting with laundry operations, helping prepare rooms for guest check-ins, and responding to urgent maintenance or safety situations as needed. This role ensures a welcoming and safe environment for all guests and staff.
