Job Description
Be a key player in public health as a Public Health Program Nurse. Support the delivery of essential health services while collaborating with community organizations to foster health improvements.
In this role, you will support various Public Health initiatives aimed at protecting community health. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will engage in planning, implementing, and evaluating effective health programs that address the social determinants of health. Independence and teamwork will be integral to your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support health program implementation and evaluation
• Collaborate with local community partners
• Participate in health education initiatives
• Deliver nursing services in diverse settings
• Work independently with minimal oversight
Requirements:
• Current registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) required
