Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key Indonesian authorities, primarily the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi)
- Act as the primary bridge for policy communication, ensuring the business model is aligned with and supported by Indonesia’s Digital Transformation and National Digital Economy Framework initiatives
- Continuously track changes in the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPer), Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) laws, and specific P2P Lending (LPBBTI) regulations governed by the OJK (e.g., POJK 10/2022 and its updates)
- Provide management with a deep-dive analysis into the Indonesian political climate and upcoming legislative shifts (such as the Personal Data Pr...
