Manages allocated projects or assignments, including financial management Supervises a team of staff to ensure compliance with prescribed qualitative and quantitative standards Develops the capabilities of less experienced staff through coaching, knowledge transfer, and internal training Identifies and develops new business opportunities with existing clients Manages material of the highest complexity in areas such as audit, review, notice to readers, and tax Maintains quality control standards throughout assignments or projects Applies specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to the client’s business Focuses resources and provides team leader...
