PT Creative Resource Specialist

Our client, a global talent and marketing agency, is looking for a Part Time Creative Resource Specialist on a freelance basis, ASAP! This role is 1x/week onsite in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Creative Resource Manager to support day-to-day resourcing across multiple clients and projects
• Assess creative requests, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and available resources
• Work closely with team to manage bandwidth and identify any freelance needs
• Monitor project progress and adjust allocations to address shifting priorities or unforeseen challenges

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Creative Resourcing position within an agency (or similar) environment
• Experience managing high-volume production asks
• Excellent communication, collaboration and diplomacy skills
