Job Description

Duties
 :Participate in the provision of a provincial training curriculum in CBT for the OSP program to community and hospital-based therapists within our region and provincially
Provide individual and group clinical consultation to registered mental health therapists
Conduct clinical assessment and diagnostic interviews to determine suitability for the OSP program 
Interpret standardized psychological assessment instruments
Practice Measurement Based Care to inform treatment decisions, enhance client outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives
Use case conceptualization to design individualized treatment plans based on client needs 
Ensure services are culturally safe and appropriate 
Provide training and consultation to OSP clinicians on adapting CBT practice to meet the needs of diverse communities while adhering to CBT principles.
