What you’ll do

As a counsellor at TELUS Health, you will make a difference in the lives of our EAP clients by providing them with short‑term counselling, when they need it. Supporting a diverse clientele presenting various issues will enable you to grow professionally and develop your skills. You will benefit from the support of supervisors who are available as needed and have the opportunity to easily interact with your colleagues in a stimulating and collaborative work environment.

How you will make an impact

• Provide short‑term counselling (3 to 6 sessions) to a diverse set of clients in person, by phone or through video.
• Manage the administrative requirements of cases using simple clinical templates, making note‑taking easy.

What you bring

• You hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or human relations.
