Proposals Specialist (Santiago de Querétaro)

Electrification-Automation-Digitalization (EAD) is looking for a Proposals Specialist with direct experience in proposal creation, customer, and supplier liaison. This role will be a very exciting and challenging role which will require someone who is able and willing to support a vast number of different activities and roles in a fast-paced growing environment. These roles include customer quoting, price negotiation, customer communication, expediting and general supplier management.

• Receiving RFQs
• Obtain vendor pricing for sales
• Expedite supplier quotation if needed
• Creating customer proposals
• Coordinate internally with sales managers proposal wording
• Provide and receive all customer communication up until PO receipt and handover to execution

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or commercial discipline
