Job Description
Becoming a Proposals and Contracts Associate offers a fulfilling full-time role in the healthcare field. Work with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and manage contracts effectively.
In this position, you’ll need a Bachelor of Science degree and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. You will prepare estimates, oversee contract details, and maintain accurate reporting for ongoing projects, contributing to successful Phase I/BE studies. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive proposals and seek necessary approvals
• Follow up on quotations and manage Contracts
• Input on study designs and protocols as needed
• Update and maintain departmental reports thoroughly
• Assist financial department with key financial data
