Proposal Specialist
Location: Rio de Janeiro.
The Proposal Specialist will support the Sales Managers by checking the quotation request for correctness, creating the proposals, checking them for legal compliance and feasibility, and can take over the Sales Manager role for specific assigned projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting sales manager in winning new business
- Executing the role “Sales Manager” within specific assigned projects or project elements
- Acting as central point of contact for and leading the proposal realization process
- Having a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Exchanging information with customer, as needed, on request or in agreement with Sales Manager
- Preparation of proposals and contracts based on client and/or sales manager input
- Exchanging information/requirement changes within acquisition team/functions/roles
