Job Description
Serve as a Proposal Coordinator specializing in hazardous waste projects. Oversee customer pre-qualifications and ensure compliance in the timely submission of bids for Transportation and Disposal services.
As the main point of contact, you will facilitate vendor questionnaires and assist in preparing detailed proposals for complex bids. Your responsibilities include updating essential data and providing comprehensive clerical support for the Corporate Proposals Department to ensure smooth operations and filing protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete vendor/customer prequalification questionnaires
• Prepare HHW and T&D bid submissions
• Support larger bid opportunities for Proposal Managers
