Proposal Development (Approx 60%)

• Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission
• Review tender websites and identify relevant RFP/RFQ opportunities
• Track proposal development including meetings, clarifications, addendums, and deadlines
• Plan, write, and execute high-quality proposal responses
• Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to gather technical content
• Ensure proposals meet all client requirements and formatting standards
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals in a deadline-driven environment
• Lead and participate in proposal strategy meetings
• Maintain internal communication and stakeholder coordination
• Update CRM (Monday) and maintain proposal documentation and files
