Proposal Manager – Water & Wastewater EPC | Bid Strategy & Execution

We are looking for a Proposal Manager to join one of our leading clients in the water and wastewater treatment sector. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end proposal and tendering function for EPC projects, while also supporting bids across oil & gas and municipal infrastructure. It calls for a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and cross-functional leadership to drive winning strategies and deliver high-quality, competitive proposals.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in technical and commercial bid development, including costing, estimation, risk evaluation, and P&ID/BOQ review, along with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
