• Supervise and train property managers effectively
• Set and manage annual operating budgets
• Negotiate and oversee various service contracts
• Direct tenant fit-out plans and coordination
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning, or architecture
• At least six years of relevant experience
• Required certifications: CFM, FMP, or RPA
• Familiarity with CMMS and accounting processes
