Plumbing repairs such as leaky faucets, clogged drains, etc. Winter maintenance such as shoveling walkways, sidewalks, and exterior stairs, sanding / salting of entrances. Minor renovations such as spot patching of walls and painting. Yard work such as spring clean up, grass cutting and weed trimming. Minor repairs for dock equipment such as dock doors, clean out dock levelers pits, dock shelter repairs, etc. Janitorial services not ordinarily performed by the cleaning contractor as required for cleaning up spills,Qualifications
