You'll work closely with the Resident Manager, showing apartments and addressing tenant inquiries. Ensuring a safe and operational environment is key, as you tackle various tasks from cleaning to security enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Show apartments to potential tenants
• Handle inquiries when the Resident Manager is away
• Check building security and enforce no parking zones
• Maintain and clean common areas consistently
• Respond to emergencies as requested by the Resident Manager
