Property Accountant

Olymbec is currently looking for aProperty Accountantto join our accounting team. By joining us, you will become a key member by playing a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the property portfolio, supporting management in making informed decisions. They will maintain the integrity and reconciliation of intercompany accounts, streamline month-end and year-end closing processes, and support budgeting and forecasting through detailed financial analysis.

Property Accountantwill report to the Financial Controller

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Posting month-end journal entries for our group of companies
• Booking inter-company charges and ensuring the intercompany accounts balance and are refunded/paid;
• Prepare bank reconciliations for select accounts
• Manage the financial statements for select properties, as required.
