**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**- Oversee daily accounting operations, identify errors, and coordinate with property managers to resolve them.
- Review debit/credit card transactions, collect receipts from Property Managers, and map expenses to proper GL accounts.
- Perform monthly closing procedures.
