The role involves managing cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving delivery governance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

1. Project Planning & Execution
   • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
   • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
