Business Link Pacific (BLP) Phase II is a New Zealand government funded programme implemented by DT Global focussed on supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the Pacific Islands to improve and become more resilient by engaging local business service providers. BLP functions as the facilitator and matchmaker between SMEs and business advisors through a set of Essential Business Tools designed to assess business needs.
