Project Manager

The project manager is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, up to and including final closure, and ensures the approval of deliverables. They contribute to resource management to achieve the objectives within the defined time and budget constraints. The role involves organizing, directing, and controlling the human, material, financial, and technological resources essential to the delivery of one or more medium- to very-large-scale, cross-functional projects. The project manager is responsible for the project plan and acts as the central point of contact for all contributors involved in the project delivery (sponsor, managers, and contributors), leveraging their planning and coordination skills.
