What You Will Do

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent custom software and technology projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget completion within the Canvas LMS and related EdTech ecosystems.
• Cultivate high‑trust client partnerships by providing skilled communication, proactive expectation management, and effective change management throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive collaboration and coordination across cross‑functional teams—including Solutions Architecture, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Customer Success, and Sales—to address complex requirements and oversee critical project milestones such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and implement strong risk mitigation, status tracking, and accountability strategies at all stages of project delivery.
