Project Manager – Mass Timber

Position Description

Reporting to the Operation Manager – Projects, the Project Manager will be responsible to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our mass timber projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and update stakeholders to keep the project on schedule.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimates and monitoring expenses throughout the project execution phase.
• Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
