Project Manager / LSIT / BCLS

360 Land Surveying is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This is an ideal position for an LST in the final stages of obtaining a BCLS commission, a practicing BCLS, or a professional Land Surveyor from another province eligible to become BCLS.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, consultants, and various government authorities
• Quality control of field returns, survey calculations, drawings, and final deliverables
• Mentoring team members and providing advice and guidance on various practice topics
• Signing and preparing plans for submission to the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC
• Detailed checking of topographic surveys, legal surveys, and other deliverables
• Managing projects: preparing estimates, planning, and maintaining budgets
• Communicating tasks to team members and scheduling work
