Project Manager | Hotel New Construction (Vancouver)

Northland Properties Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support our expanding Hotel, Restaurant and Resorts brands in Sudbury/ON. Reporting directly to the Director of New Construction, you will be responsible for providing expert project management for our new building projects and overseeing and guiding cross-disciplined team members both in the office and on-site.

Your key duties will include:

• Creating, monitoring, and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
• Developing, coaching, and mentoring a cohesive self-performing team.
• Monitoring the change management process relevant to the projects.
• Ensuring adherence to project frameworks and proper documentation maintenance.
• Assessing project risks and issues and providing effective solutions.
