Project Manager, Healthcare Infrastructure
Job Description
The Project Manger will support Build Nova Scotia's Project Delivery team managing the Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project (HIEP) project and collaborate with the various integrated project Work Streams Groups and Stakeholders. The Project Manager will report to the Project Director. This is a five (5) year term position.
Responsibilities
Planning and Delivery:- Oversee projects through all phases of development, including Planning, Request for Proposal (RFP), Design, Construction, Commissioning, Transition to Operations, and final transfer of responsibility to operational teams.- Manage the planning, design, and construction of large and complex healthcare infrastructure projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, workstreams, and multidisciplinary project teams.- Conduct construction field reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.- Lead quality assurance activities and ensure timely identification,...
