Drive innovation as a Project Manager for Continuous Improvement at Apotex in Brantford, Ontario. Lead transformational change initiatives and mentor teams in LEAN methodologies.
In this position, you will shape the operational excellence strategies at Apotex, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement targeted LEAN projects. Your expertise in project management will guide the development and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Guide teams in applying LEAN tools and practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project opportunities
• Measure and report on project outcomes using KPIs
• Develop project scopes and specifications in collaboration with teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
• Significant experience managing complex projects
