Job Description
Lead construction excellence as a proactive Project Manager. Spearhead project schedules, budget reviews, and quality control to deliver superior construction outcomes.
In this dynamic role, you’ll transition from the main office to the project site, ensuring construction objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will guide teams in preconstruction activities and maintain key communication with all stakeholders to facilitate project success and address any contract-related issues. You will also manage change orders and oversee the closeout process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct preconstruction planning and project execution
