Job Description
Project Manager – ELV
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field.
Experience: Typically, 10+ years of experience in ELV/MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) project execution.
+ Project Planning & Lifecycle: Manage Multiple projects, willing to travel, oversee site installations, Supports in commissioning, and final handover.
+ Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align technical requirements and project goals.
+ Technical Oversight: Review and approve shop drawings, network architectures, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure design accuracy and system integration.
+ Budget & Resource Management: Track project spending, manage manpower allocation, and oversee material procurement to prevent cost overruns.
