Position Description:

This role provides strategic vision and leadership for high-impact site projects. You will act as the bridge between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring that new products are launched on time, within budget, and in full compliance with medical device regulations.

Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management: Lead initiation, planning, execution, and close-out of site-wide strategic projects.

NPE & VIP: Implement New Product Excellence (NPE) methods and oversee Value Improvement Projects (VIP) to optimize costs and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct multi-site teams across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
