Project Overview
This engagement supports the replacement of a long‑standing legacy home care platform with a modern, cloud‑based solution to enable the delivery of community and home support services. The current system has been in place for over 15 years and supports critical operational functions such as client visit scheduling, workforce management, mobile enablement for frontline staff, and billing.
The new solution will replace all existing legacy functionality while leveraging enhanced cloud capabilities.
