Job Description
Industrial Engineering Lead
Leads continuous improvement of manufacturing and support processes by applying industrial engineering principles, operational experience, and industry best practices. Drives efficiency, cycle time reduction, labor optimization, and standardization through data‑driven analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and scalable solutions.
Primary Responsibility
- Drive process standardization to improve efficiency, cycle time, and throughput
- Identify and eliminate waste through data‑driven analysis (Lean methodologies)
- Support automation and digital manufacturing initiatives through process readiness and ROI analysis
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement improvements
- Coach and guide teams on continuous improvement tools and mindset
- More than 5 years of experiance in industrial engineering
