In this role, you act as a trusted sparring partner for senior management and project leaders alike. You combine strong analytical and system‑level thinking with the ability to read organizational dynamics, navigate executive‑level discussions and build credibility quickly. What You’ll Do
- Design, govern and continuously improve multi‑project management frameworks, standards and governance for Group Division Innovation (R&D).
- Define, implement and operate project management processes, methods, tools, KPIs and evaluation criteria, acting as the go‑to expert for methodology.
- Perform portfolio, budget and performance controlling analyses; synthesize multi‑source data and recommend actions to support management decisions.
