Job DescriptionThe Project Management Office (PMO) Leader, leads the organizational structure that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques.PMO Leader is the process owner of Project Management (PM) process of the plant.QualificationsExecute & deploy ME Project Management StrategyApply ME PM Standards and shape BU specific PMImplement consequent Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME StrategyEnsure & track maintenance and quality of project data and success critical PM KPI's.Ensure proper organization of Steering/ Review Committees of all Plant Projects and support with relevant PM dataCoach and support Non-PEP / PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in Plant, to ensure the QGC fulfillment and enable the plant for sample production.
