Detailed Overview

Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Reporting to the Director, the Project Leader is responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of sustainable CAADSI analytical and related technology solutions for an assigned portfolio of programs/services. The Project Leader ensures efficient and effective execution of initiatives and alignment with provincial, Fraser Health and program objectives and priorities through the use of best practice change and project management approaches which drive improvement initiatives/projects identified as priorities by the leadership team.
