Analyze relevant specifications to prepare detailed estimates supporting the bidding process and ensuring compliance with project requirements in a quick‑paced workplace. Develop detailed cost estimates from drawings and contract documents. Conduct constructability reviews and risk assessments. Utilize HeavyBid software for quantity take-offs. Solicit competitive quotes from subcontractors and suppliers. Qualifications
5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction. Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
