Project Engineering Director - Civil

Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Monark Engineering, the Project Engineering Director - Civil plays a pivotal strategic and technical leadership role in advancing our Monark New Build. This role is ideal for a seasoned nuclear professional who thrives at the intersection of engineering excellence, innovation, and people leadership. The Project Engineering Director – Civil shall provide strategic and principal leadership role with respect to their assigned technical disciplines of the Monark New Build Project. They are responsible for building and sustaining a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians with primary accountability for the civil & structural scope of the project. This team will deliver their assigned new build design on time, on budget and with quality.
