Project Engineer

Guardian Glass South America is hiring a Mechanical Project Engineer to manage strategic capital projects and complex mechanical design development. This role will lead cross‑functional project teams to implement capital improvements that meet business objectives. The position is accountable for project planning, design development, and execution — including creation of schedules, cost estimates, and scopes of work — and will lead mechanical design reviews on site and drive actions for execution. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects in various phases safely and on time, anticipate and challenge situations, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and make sound recommendations.
