Project Engineer
Job Description
What you will do
Design of pressure vessels and/or their components according to ASME standards.
Collaboration with production and quality control teams to establish manufacturing procedures and sequences.
Interaction with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage contracts and interpret specifications.
Active participation in short- and long-term projects.
We are looking for a candidate with
Bachelor's degree in metallurgical or mechanical engineering.
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (an asset).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field relevant, ideally in the manufacture of pressure vessels.
In-depth knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div. 1.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Autonomy, versatility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Knowledge of welding processes (SAW, SMAW, GMA...
