About the Role
We are looking for a Project Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) for HVAC systems. This role is responsible for preparing and implementing TAB documentation — including keyed drawings, test forms, government submittals, and commissioning plans — ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and ready for field execution by TAB Technicians.
You will serve as the critical link between project award and field work, coordinating documentation across departments and maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and number keyed mechanical drawings for HVAC systems using technical specifications.
Create and organize TAB test forms in USA Balancer software.
Prepare government submittals ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
Conduct design and submittal reviews for mechanical systems to identify potential issues.
