As the Maintenance Manager, you will support the Project Development team in optimizing building operations and accident prevention. Your role encompasses implementing maintenance procedures, leading safety inspections, and managing compliance with all building codes. You'll be proactive in identifying technical issues and collaborating effectively across trades.
