Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support Actionmarguerite in planning and executing multiple construction and facility projects by managing schedules, administering budgets and plans, and coordinating resources. These projects help achieve strategic priorities aimed at co‑creating living environments where life is valuable for the people we support and our staff. The position acts as a liaison between internal and external project teams and Actionmarguerite to ensure effective communication is maintained and accessible to all stakeholders about project progress and changes. The Project Coordinator has the responsibility to identify potential risks and assist in developing strategies to keep projects on track. The Project Coordinator reports to and works closely with the Director of Facilities and Support Services.
