You Will
- Support the planning and delivery of projects, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation
- Take clear meeting notes and share updates with internal teams and clients
- Assist in managing small-scale projects, with guidance from senior team members
- Help track project budgets, timelines, and overall progress
- Maintain project documentation and ensure information is easy to access and understand
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders through status reports, emails, and meetings
- Escalate risks or issues proactively to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support client onboarding and project intake processes
- Contribute to project management processes alongside senior team members
- Gradually take ownership of smaller projects from start to finish
