Job Description

Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company focused on solutions for chronic condition management. Applicants will support individuals, teams, and departments in daily office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving
  • Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
  • Receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources
  • Research vendors for office supplies/equipment and outsourcing services
  • Planning office events, moves, and assisting with office space planning
  • Implementing corporate programs and requirements at the local office level
  • Working under limited supervision for non‑routine situations; may lead daily operations
  • Training, delegating, and reviewing the work of lower‑level employees
