Job Description
Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company focused on solutions for chronic condition management. Applicants will support individuals, teams, and departments in daily office operations.
Responsibilities- Data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving
- Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
- Receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources
- Research vendors for office supplies/equipment and outsourcing services
- Planning office events, moves, and assisting with office space planning
- Implementing corporate programs and requirements at the local office level
- Working under limited supervision for non‑routine situations; may lead daily operations
- Training, delegating, and reviewing the work of lower‑level employees
