The Research Services Team in the Office of VP Research invites applications for a Project Analyst . This full‑time fixed‑term position is for approximately 12 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.
The Project Analyst position reports to the Specialist, Research Facilitation. Managing multiple projects, often with overlapping deadlines and priorities, the role has a high impact of error related to the scope of work. The incumbent interacts frequently with researchers, University administrators, research funding bodies, other institutions, and industrial partners. Liaises with legal services when necessary to monitor contract development as related to competitions and help resolve outstanding issues from a program perspective. The position manages application processes from proposal development to project setup and post‑award reporting.
