Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Tristar Electric Team.

What You'll Do Here
- Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations
- Maintain an organized data tracking system.
- Document control including organizing project documents, site photos
- Time and equipment entry (Handle packing slips, supplier invoices and receiving)
- Prepare and update locate packages
- Assist billing and tracking projects
- Assist with printing and filing
