Your Role
As a Gensler Project Accountant,you will manage the fulllifecycleof assigned projects from contract review and billing setup to invoicing, reporting and accountsreceivable.You willbe successful in this rolebecause you are highly organized, detail-orientedand passionate about ensuring the financialhealth of projects. Working in close partnership with Design Managers and project teams, you will help ensure our work is not only exceptional in design, but also financiallysound.
What You Will Do
Review project contracts andestablishappropriate billingterms and invoiceformats
Interpret financial data in contracts and billings and accurately convey them
Collaborate with Design Managers,Clients,andConsultantsto discuss billingorfinancial issues
Prepare and process invoicesin accordance withcontractualtermsand monthly accounting deadlines
