Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide project accounting support and oversight on a portfolio of projects with multiple Project Managers. Review proper allocation of all costs and expenses to projects, and perform re-allocations as needed.
Attend regular meetings with Project managers and Project coordinators on the financial status of projects. Ensure timely project reviews are performed, in preparation for month-end close. Review estimates at completion for both revenue and cost, for proper revenue recognition at month-end.
Accurately reflect the financial status of projects by ensuring timely recording of all cost and revenue transactions. Coordinate and review with other team members who enter the transactions.
Ensure project is setup in the ERP and updated on a regular basis including capturing change orders and PO’s. Review contract documents, client POs and backup documentation to ensure compli...
