In this role, you will utilize 7–10 years of program management experience, focusing on capital markets trading. You will oversee multiple high-budget projects, communicate essential updates to senior stakeholders, and work independently in a complex trading environment. Occasional travel to NYC is required.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive large-scale programs budgeted at $5M–$10M • Structure and define programs across various projects • Communicate progress to senior leadership • Coordinate trading teams and functions • Operate independently in a trading setting
