Join the team as an Alliance Program Manager, overseeing the implementation of loyalty programs and driving effective strategies alongside the National Director of Sales. Engage in a collaborative and results-driven environment.
In this role, you will liaison between various teams to ensure the successful execution of the Alliance model. Responsibilities include coaching sales managers, managing projects, and developing program materials that align with sales objectives. You'll facilitate webinars and provide critical training to enhance team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain program documentation accurately
• Coach Retail Development Managers on best practices
